As we grow up, we often hear that some people complain: why I always fall behind others? Confidence or luck may be the reasons.
But today, I’m not going to tell anything about confidence or about luck.
I believe that the most significant thing of falling behind is their escape from difficulties.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of difficulties in our way to success.
Some people choose to conquer them while many people choose to escape from them.
That’s why there are few successful people.
In my point of view, facing the difficulties and conquer them is the key to success.
I would like to talk about two points:
(1) Facing the difficulties directly helps you to have more chance;
(2) Facing the difficulties directly helps you to improve yourself.
When hunting for jobs, some people find that although the abilities among the competitors are of the same level, they still lose the chance.
One year ago I got a volunteer work in our school’s library.
I was set as the leader of the volunteers’ team and the teachers asked us to design and decorate a huge board.
It wasn’t an easy job, so many of the volunteers refused to do it.
At last only one of my friend worked with me.
We finished the work in time.
Of course, as a volunteer’s work, we didn’t force anyone.
But let’s imagine that I was the boss of a company, and they were the applicants.
If most of them escaped because the work was difficult, then it’s sure that the one who did the work would have the job.
Chances are always hide behind difficulties.
And overcoming the difficulties can also improve us.
Every time you solve a problem, you not only finish the task, but also gain some helpful experience.
The experience is valuable.
You may meet the same problem in the future, but with the experience, it’s no longer the obstacle.
Consider for a moment of my remarks, I believe that you’ll find the essential reason for your failure.
No more excuses! Just face the difficulties and fight against them.
One day you’ll find that you are no longer falling behind!
