养龙殿

1959年春天，中国地质大学的几名师生在四川凉山地区进行地质考察。
由于李四光刚刚在大庆发现了大型油田，全国人民对地质事业的期望和爱戴正处于空前高涨的时期。

师生们由领队刘教授和五名学生，外加地方支援的施工队组成。
一队人沿着原始森林的一条小河，一路穿村访乡，走走停停一连行进了五天，终于带着笨重的设备登上顶峰阿玛顶。

晚上在背风的山谷搭好帐篷，一干人坐在地上吃干粮，准备好好地休息一夜，明天开始着手打钻探井，了解这片地区的土层结构和矿产资源。
刘教授心情舒畅，跟学生们说起了当年留学美国的故事，大家笑声不断。

这时，不知什么时候，一个老人拄着拐杖走到了他们身边，大家感到惊讶的同时，急忙给他递上水和饼干。
老人没有接，只是用嘶哑的声音对着刘教授说：“不要在这里钻井，不要在这里钻井！”然后，转过身战战兢兢地下山了。

第二天一早，没有人想到老人的话，大家都认为他无非是附近山村的愚昧老人罢了。

他用手拿起一块瓦片大还滴着鲜血的肉块，上面带着黑亮的鳞片，每一个鳞片都厚如吃饭用的粗瓷大碗的碗底，坚硬如树皮。

“这是什么？”大家纷纷低声猜测。

“应该是蛇。
”刘教授抬起头说，这时他看到头上乌云密布，风卷着黑云在聚集，刚才还晴朗的天空顿时暗如黑夜。
“快走，快下山，要下暴雨了！”他指挥着大家，连机器都来不及收拾，赶忙撤离到山脚下的村寨里。

雷鸣闪电中，众人一身泥污落汤鸡般地叩开一户村民的房门，好不容易得以缓一口气。

刘教授坐在一边，沉默不语。

村民给大伙煮了一锅辣椒汤，大家喝着，觉得身体慢慢地暖了起来，开始七嘴八舌地谈论刚才的奇事。
刘教授突然想到昨夜出现的老人，连忙向村民询问他的身份，希望能找到他了解事情的起因。
村民听完他的描述后十分惊讶：“那是我们的老村长，解放前就已经死了！”

那场雨下了七天七夜，山洪暴发，附近村寨全部被冲垮，死亡上百人。

现在你若去凉山旅游，能够见到阿玛顶上有一个小庙名叫“养龙殿”。
