广州和平路7号

这栋房子是华侨新村另一间好出名的鬼屋“和平路7号”传闻这屋子以前系一对公公婆婆住,后来租给一家四口住，但后来有人入室抢劫还把全家人都杀了，从此这房子就没人住了，有好多人有时见到里面有些奇异现象出现，例如有好多乌鸦、二楼有个黑衣女人出现。
到现在为止和平路1至6号都做了酒吧，但是就特别7号到现在还是空屋一间。
曾有人想入去一探究竟，不过都没有进去，因为这栋房子的院子根本就没有门!房子的正门早已经被人用水泥封起来了.
被封的门口还挂着一个非常古老的信箱,上面还能隐约看见“和平路7号“这几个字.
对了,院子的边脚上还有一个用铁链所起来的铁门.
园子内已经是杂草丛生,古老的宅子,透过残损的窗户,里是漆黑一片.
这些都足以证明这屋子有好多年没有人住过了，可是更让人感到诡异的是这栋房子的位置竟然是在广州有名的酒吧一条街上.
同一个地方,竟然这么大的落差，真是让人好生奇怪。

近日，有大胆之人前往鬼屋禁地拍摄。

但是，都是在白天去的，不敢在天黑去。

我的朋友就曾经就去过那出事了。
他跟我讲起这件事的时候非常害怕!说好后悔到那屋子去过.

华侨新村里边有间财校，那时,我的朋友就在那里读书，因为知道那里有栋出了名的凶宅！就和一群不怕死的同学（共4人，全男）说要进去玩玩，还什么时候不拣,非要到晚上,11点多快12点的时候进去!

当他们爬进去打开了门开开电筒照进去看，都没有什么不对劲的地方，不过准备上2楼时，他自己就开始有些害怕的感觉，但是又不清楚到底是什么感觉！当他们上到2楼的时候，（按照当时他讲他们是将所有的门都开开了，防止有什么事都可以第一时间“铰脚”）突然全部的门无端端关上了。
他们第一时间的反应就系：好邪，开门，走！

他是第一个冲去门口想开门，发觉那门怎么都打不开！4个人害怕到用力去踢门想走人！终于他们踢开了门！不过他想走的时候，突然被

人扯住，走不动了，他的朋友还在那边叫他：走啊！他当时又走不动，惊到大叫救命，他3个朋友见不对头即刻冲回去拉他走，3个人用了好大力把他拉出来！他已经吓到走不了路了，是他的朋友夹住他走出来的！他因为这件事病了2个星期！

事后他和我讲话不单只拉住他，还听到有人叫他下去陪他们！

好多人都相信他讲的话，因为认识他的都知道他平时虽然是大胆过头，不过就未试过会害怕成这样！而他的3个朋友的遭遇同他是一样的！

据闻这间“凶”屋原来的主人是华侨，早就出国了，一直没有回来。

广州电视里也有介绍过，不过没说里面有鬼，不过外墙上被人写了“鬼屋”。

不知为何，一路贴我就一路不断地觉得恶心

网上一路都有此屋的图片，但都没有详细的话明里面到底是发生了什么奇怪的事。

这个房子的到底是如何，是属于谁的物业，为何一直由得这栋房子荒废呢？这区的楼价少说也要七、八千一平米，华桥新村的楼更是上万元的楼价。

为何众说纷纭，一直都没在人出来证实其的与虚假呢?
