鬼屋与凶宅

鬼屋

鬼屋是指因发生过凶案或者单纯因年久失修，荒废的外观引起人们心中的恐惧而被认为内里有妖怪或幽灵出没的民宅一律被称为鬼屋。
另外，游乐园里也有以人工制作出妖怪等为了惊吓游客的游乐设施，也被称为鬼屋。

所以，鬼屋不等于凶宅。
凶宅未必有幽灵或鬼魂出没，只是曾有凶案发生，定义上与鬼屋不同，而且，凶宅的外观不一定令人恐惧。
