租房十不

（１）不贪便宜

低于行情之屋子，必有不利市场及租方的条件。
如屋子在风水上不利于住人，曾经死过人或结构有问题等等。

（２）不住旧屋

屋子太老，过去必承受太多人间怨气，久住则易受影响。

（３）不见符纸

屋内如看见符纸，不管房东如何托词，最好都不要住进去。

（４）不邻病家

如屋内有病人，或与房东合住，房东家中有人久病或重病之人，最好都不要搬进去住，免得惹秽气上身。
