张二叔积攒了几年心血，给儿子建了一所宅子，因长时间不住，竟然让鬼给占了。
儿子快结婚了，二叔到屋子里设计一下家俱摆设，突然感到里面阴风凄凄，“嘻嗦”之声不绝于耳，才发现屋子已经不属于他了。
